Membership General Terms & Conditions 

  • Membership is subject to availability.
  • Applications for membership will be dealt with in order of receipt.
  • Membership is non-transferable and membership fees are non-refundable. 
  • A membership card will be issued to all members and must be used at the reception point on every visit. 
  • A fee will be charged for a replacement membership card. 
  • All memberships, including those where the fee is wavered will expire periodically at which point any changes of circumstances must be declared. 
  • A joining fee is required at the start of each membership or following a lapse. This may be wavered during advertised promotions. 
  • Accompanying visitors will remain at the reception point, unless authorised to proceed further. 
  • All children under 8yrs will be accompanied at all times by an adult. 
  • Members are responsible for advising the Centre Manager of any change of address, or known medical condition affecting their fitness readiness. 
  • A Health declaration and Induction is required prior to attending the gym or structured fitness activity. 
  • Gym users must be 16 or over unless a specific Junior Club is advertised or they are a registered performance athlete with a tailored programme. 
  • Members are responsible for bringing to attention of the receptionist any Health & Safety concerns which may potentially affect themselves or others. 
  • Additional activities incurring additional payment may be advertised from time to time.
  • In the event an activity is withdrawn as a direct result of circumstances within the control of the centre, consideration will be given to rescheduling the activity.  The school reserves the right to amend the Club programme in order to accommodate priority events or wet weather sports programmes. 
  • It may be necessary to occasionally withdraw facilities from use due to the activities of Sevenoaks School. The level of membership fees has been discounted to take account of such circumstances occurring. Wherever possible, notice will be given to members. 
  • The Directors of Sennocke Services Ltd reserve the right to withdraw membership immediately on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour. 
  • Members will be required to adhere to restriction notices related to; parking; changing room allocation; locker use; signing in and area access; food consumption; and all other safety or directional notices. 
  • Members are required to wear appropriate attire at all times. Tops must be worn at all times. 
  • Only clear fluids in a sports capped bottle will be permitted in sports areas. 
  • A small sweat towel is permitted. 
  • Spectators or parents are not permitted in the courts. Coaches should not be interrupted during their instruction. 
  • Lockers will be used to store all personal items at all times throughout the period of your visit and are not permitted to be left in changing or sports areas.  Vehicles and valuables are left at the owner’s risk.
  • Photography of any kind, including use on a mobile phone or other units for this purpose is strictly prohibited without prior written management permission.
