Supported by music, Cardio Tennis is a fast, fun way to get fit on a tennis court. The focus is less on skills and more on hitting lots of shots under the guidance of a qualified instructor.
Within a group environment you will hit a variety of shots, switch to drills before repeating again. It’s fast, it’s furious and it’s a fun, social way to get a motivational workout for the whole body.
