Tim Perfect

Personal Trainer

Tim is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and has also worked in the leisure industry for several years as a Fitness and Class Instructor. His wider skills encompass different aspects of fitness; he is a qualified spin instructor, has undertaken CPD modules in exercise physiology and exercise biochemistry and, is currently training as a Strength and Conditioning Coach (due to qualify in 2019).

“My goal is to be able to give my clients the tools they need to go away and train themselves without the need for a trainer. I aim for my clients to enjoy themselves and to feel better about themselves both mentally and physically. Having worked in several different gym environments, I understand that people respond best to training they enjoy. Training shouldn’t be a chore; it should be an escape from the real world, time taken for yourself to reach your goals and blow off some steam.

“As well as doing personal training, I also deliver group classes, ranging from HIIT to boxing and boot camps. All my classes are different from week to week, to help keep them fresh and challenging for my clients.”
