Swimfit is a pool-based activity and is all about encouraging swimmers to achieve goals and get results. Whether your goal is weight control, body toning, to improve technique or just to become fitter and stronger, Swimfit can help.

Motivation and inspiration is the key; we believe the group environment instils confidence and is motivational in itself. An instructor is on hand to guide you through one of the varied swim workout cards you can choose, so together you can monitor your progress and reach your goals. Many participants take advantage of the easy online training log – this is a great way to reflect on your progress, or to share your achievement with others.

If you want to set yourself a challenge, or just join in with another family member’s hobby, Swimfit is an ideal stepping stone. Just ask our experienced team for more information on our Dare to Tri taster sessions.

You don’t need to be a strong swimmer; this suits those who just enjoy the water!
